  • Energy - Gas in energy per unit: You can now include the energy used from natural gas in the energy per unit calculations! This provides a complete view of the energy consumption per unit produced.

  • Energy - Outside Operating Hours potential energy waste: You can now see when and how much energy is consumed outside operating hours directly in the Power, Energy, and Energy Balance tabs. This helps identify potential energy waste and uncover savings opportunities. The data is based on the Production Schedules configured for your site. Simply assign assets to a schedule and enable the “Outside operating hours” option in the display menu to get started.

  • OEE - Configurable units: You can now set the production unit for each of your machines individually. To do this, go to Settings → OEE Settings → Configuration. Once configured, the correct unit will be used throughout the platform to refer to each machine’s production output. Please note: when the software refers to the combined output of multiple machines, it will use the general term ‘units’.

  • OEE - Table sorting: All tables in the OEE solution now support torting functionality. This makes it easier to quickly find what you’re looking for, like the best or worst performing machine on a specific metric, or the longest stop of the week. It’s a small change that makes working with your data faster and more intuitive.

  • OEE - Export functionality: Export options have been added to the Shift and Batch Comparison pages. The export button is located in the top-right corner and provides a CSV download. With this update, all OEE pages now include export functionality.

  • Ultrasonic Water - hardware upgrade: We’re introducing a hardware update for our ultrasonic water sensors, starting with a first batch of 50 units shipping in early August. These updated sensors will feature enhanced data communication via Modbus and allow customers to view the following insights in our Webapp:
    • Consumption (m³)
    • Flow Rate (m³/h)Temperatures at the inlet, outlet, & difference of a heating/cooling system (°C)
    • Thermal Energy (kWh)

These new insights are critical for assessing thermal energy usage and understanding the root causes of inefficiencies or issues, resulting in more informed decisions and quicker action.

  • Compressed Air - Pressure and Temperature Alerts: You can now set up Alerts for pressure and temperature. Monitoring pressure and temperature helps detect issues like pressure drops and overheating early. This reduces downtime, improves energy efficiency, and extends equipment lifespan.
