There are several settings that you can adjust in our software. Via the account icon on the right top in our software environment, you can find the account settings. Below, all possibilities are listed per topic.
Settings:
Account: Here you can see the email address that is connected to the account and the selected site. If there are multiple sites in your company, we can assign you to those sites so that you can switch between the software environments.
General settings: On this page, you can see the Time Zone of the software environment. If preferred, you can set the language to your own language. We have six possibilities: English, Dutch, German, Italian, Spanish and French. If you would like our software to be in a different language than the existing six, please send an email to support@sensorfact.nl.
You can also adjust your energy, gas, and water prices. For a detailed guide on managing prices and understanding exchange rates, check out our article on prices and exchange rates.
To improve the user experience of our tool and to detect and solve bugs we would like to track your in-app use. We track which pages you visit. If you do not want us to track your in-app use, you can click on the first button on the page.
Configuration: On this page you can add the working hours of your machines and add general production schedules. This feature is very helpfull for detecting energy waste and the productivity of your machines.
Status: The status page is the most important page during the installation of the hardware. Here you can see all signals between the sensors and the bridges. You can also change the names of the sensors. If you want to change the group names or group divisions, you can send an email to support@sensorfact.nl.
API Keys: The Sensorfact API allows customers to query data related to assets and measurements from their site(s) securely using an API key. The API key will be activated on user level, so if an user has multiple sites in their account, the API service is available for every site.
