These alerts are initially set by ISO standards but will be adjusted based on the trend of the vibrations after we gathered months of data. Changing vibration alerts is done by your consultant who will always confirm if changes are necessary due to machine behavior.

Monitoring
Your consultant will reach out to you to inform you of recent changes or a potential risk of vibrations on your machines. It is advised to inspect your asset and investigate if there is a clear issue causing increased vibrations.
Warning
Due to a sudden increase of vibrations or a monitored gradual increase your consultant will contact you advising you to schedule maintenance for your asset.
Alarm
As there is a sudden change in vibrations, the consultant might advise on immediate actions to avoid unsafe situations due to machinery defects. The consultant will call or email you, depending on the agreements you made during the first consultation.
