The energy scan is when our energy consultants analyze the sensor data, provide you with relevant insights regarding the energy consumption and compressed air system, and discuss potential savings opportunities with you. The consultants will also ensure you get the most value out of the platform, by helping you set up the alerting and reporting functionalities.
The energy scan consists of two online meetings and is spread over three to four months after finishing the installation.
First meeting
We first gather data and after approximately two months, the first meeting with the consultant will take place to discuss potential energy waste patterns and identify relevant savings measures based on your production process and specific machines. The consultants will ask a lot of questions, which are required to provide you with relevant advice later on. In case not all questions can be answered during the meeting, there might be some homework for you to deliver the necessary input afterward.
Second meeting
The second meeting of the energy scan, which is also the last meeting, will take place approximately four weeks after the first meeting. During this meeting, the consultants will present insights and savings opportunities, provide you with tips on how to realize these savings opportunities, and set up a Tracking Report and Alerts.
