Consultancy process

The onboarding phase lasts three months and includes three consultations.

First Meeting: Initial Configuration
During the first consultation, we will discuss how our consultants can assist you, gather initial insights, and review the initial configuration of the assets monitored by our sensors.

Second Meeting: Vibration Analysis and Alerts
One month later, the second consultation will focus on two key areas: sharing vibration analysis insights from the past month and setting up tailored alerts for your monitored assets. These alerts will inform you when vibration thresholds are exceeded, helping to prevent unnecessary downtime and maintenance costs.

Third Meeting: Asset Prioritisation and Maintenance Strategy
The final consultation of the onboarding phase involves gathering detailed information about your assets. We will use our Predictive Maintenance framework to prioritize your assets, discuss the current and desired maintenance strategies, and collect financial information regarding the costs of downtime and repairs.

Post-Onboarding: Quarterly Business Meetings
As we conclude the third consultation, we will use the gathered information to measure the impact of Predictive Maintenance at Sensorfact on your business. 

The results will be discussed during our Quarterly Business Meetings, which occur three months after the third consultation.
