The ‘Outside operating hours’ feature helps you to identify how much energy is consumed when your production is not running, giving you insights into potential energy waste and uncovering saving opportunities.
What it does:
- Automatically detects energy usage outside your defined operating hours via Production Schedules;
- Visually highlights outside operating hours consumption across electricity-related tabs (Power, Energy, Energy Balance);
- Integrates with Tracking Reports, so you can monitor this over time and act on recurring waste.
Getting started:
In order to use the Outside operating hours feature, go to the ‘Production Schedules’ menu. Here you can set up Production Schedules and assign assets to them.
Once assets are linked to a Production schedule, energy consumption outside of those hours is automatically detected and flagged. Click the ‘Display’ button in the Electricity graphs and select ‘Outside operating hours’ to enable this visual layer.
