The ultrasonic water sensors doesn't give any data, what can I do?
To find a solution to this situation, we need to make sure that the questions below are answered;
Check if the sensor is connected to a bridge on the status page in the status page in our software:
If not, check the power supply:
- The power plug is connected
- The power adapter is powered on (small LED)
- The flow meter powers on (display lights up and shows information)
- The green LED inside the pulse counter is on
In case the power connection is good: Does the flow meter show a good signal from the probes?
- M90 values should fall within these ranges: UP / DN: 60 - 99, Q: 60 - 99
- M91 values should fall within 97%-103%
- M08 does not display any error code
