If you are connecting the bridges via a local network (NB. not relevant for LTE/4G connections), please guarantee internet connectivity by properly configuring your ports/firewalls. The bridges cannot deliver the data to our cloud platform if this is not done correctly. The below IP addresses, ports, and protocols should be accessible. Ask your IT department for help if needed.
IP Address | Port | Protocol |
52.51.20.240 | 1292 | TCP and UDP |
1.1.1.1 |
ICMP |

52.213.168.160 | 1292 | TCP and UDP |
18.203.32.19 | 1292 | TCP and UDP |
52.211.67.105 | 1292 | TCP and UDP |
52.17.124.219 | 1291 | TCP and UDP |
If MAC-addresses are needed, Sensorfact can deliver these to you. The bridges that Sensorfact uses, only broadcast data most of the time and do not download any data.
There is only one exception: firmware updates are placed on the bridge from time to time so the bridge also downloads data (this happens very, very rarely). This makes wifi a safe and efficient communication option.
