Sensor has no signal

The sensor ID shows, but no signal in ‘status’ tab. What do I need to do?

To find a solution to this situation, we need to make sure that the questions below are answered.

  • Is the machine switched on? The sensor is powered by the power cable of the machine.
    • If yes, move on to the next questions below;
    • If no, this is why the sensor is not working. It will send data again when the machine is on.
  • Is the sensor properly clicked onto the power cable? Can you open and close the sensor and does the sensor connect with the cable?
    • If yes, move on to the next questions below;
    • If no, this could be why the sensor is not working. Please contact support@sensorfact.nl.
  • Is the sensor in the range of a bridge, or are there not that many obstacles between the bridge and the sensor?
    • If not, you can try to move a bridge closer to the sensor or buy a new bridge in our webshop.
