What do I have to do when the data is wrong?
If the data in the software is not correct, it could be the case that the software settings don’t correspond to the voltage and power factor of the power supply. In the software ‘power’ tab, click the ‘i’ button next to the machine name to check this.
If this is all correct, you can switch the sensor with another sensor (preferably one from the same kind of machine) for a few hours. If the second sensor measures the same data, something is going on with the machine itself.
If the data is not correct for both sensors, you could try measuring the current at the location where our sensor measures with another piece of equipment. Then this measurement can be compared to one of our internal data exports. It is ideal if you can also measure voltage and cos phi, but the latter in particular requires more expensive meters. If no measurement contradicts our measurement, there is no reason to believe that our measurement is wrong.
If the voltage, cos phi, or multiplication factors are not correct, please contact support@sensorfact.nl.
